You deserve an in-depth assessment to help you maximize your training dollars.

Whether your initial contact with Real Life Communication is by phone or e-mail, we will speak with you to understand your request. We will then suggest a more complete diagnostic assessment by one of the following processes:
- Completion of an online form by the person responsible for the request
- Phone conversations between our consultant and the representative(s) of your organization involved with the request
- On-site assessment by Becky Sansbury to interview staff and members of the management team dealing with the problem
If you select the phone or on-site assessment, you will receive a written summary and a suggested course of action.
Follow Up Programs
Your training dollars are best invested when you continue to improve your skills after a workshop with the follow up support offered by Real Life Communication. We offer the following options:
- E-mail – We offer a review of the workshop material, provide advanced tips, and supply the attendee with reinforcing check-ups by e-mail for six weeks. Each participant’s manager or supervisor is copied on the weekly e-mail report.
- Conference Calls – Workshop attendees can participate in six weekly interactive conference calls with the presenter. Participants engage in Q&A, role play, and feedback from their on-the-job experience.
- On sight Review –Presenter/consultant will return to the organization’s site for a review process with participants, co-workers, and members of the management team. This process can be repeated.
